Our maintenance services
Plumbing
Leaks, blocked drains, water heaters, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, water lines. We handle today’s emergency and the job you’ve been putting off for months.
Electrical
Outlets, switches and fixtures, panel checks, ceiling fans and exterior lighting. If something smells burnt or a breaker keeps tripping on its own, don’t leave it.
Air conditioning
Installation, cleaning and preventive maintenance. In this climate a dirty unit works twice as hard: it fails sooner and runs up your power bill in the meantime.
Landscaping and grounds
Lawn cutting, tree and hedge trimming, lot clearing, common areas and irrigation systems.
Handyman and general repairs
Painting, doors and windows, locks, cabinets, fencing, roof sealing. All the small repairs that pile up until they stop being small.
Maintenance contracts
If you have a commercial unit, an apartment building or several rentals, we can set up a recurring plan instead of you calling us only when something breaks. Prevention costs less than repair, and you stop having to keep track.
Emergencies
A leak, a failing panel or a downed tree doesn’t wait for office hours. Call and we’ll tell you honestly when we can get there. We’d rather give you a real time than promise one we can’t keep.
What if the job turns out to be bigger?
Sometimes what looked like a minor repair uncovers a structural problem. Because we’re also a general contractor, we carry on ourselves instead of handing you to another company and having you start over with a stranger.
It works the other way too: if a simple repair solves it instead of a full build, we’ll say so.
