That’s what we’ve been doing since 2005. JD Buildings Inc. is a general contractor based in Levittown, Toa Baja, with our own crew and equipment. We build, remodel, maintain and repair property across the San Juan metro area of Puerto Rico.

Own property from the mainland?
A property you can’t visit is a property you can’t supervise. That’s what our property management and property maintenance services are for. We coordinate by phone, WhatsApp or email, in English.
Common questions
Do you take on small jobs? Yes. From a single drainage repair or a leak up to full construction. And if the job isn’t right for us, we’ll tell you on the same call instead of wasting your time.
What happens after I call? We arrange a visit, assess the property and explain your options. The visit and the estimate are free, and you decide afterwards with the estimate in hand.
Do you work with owners who live off-island? Yes, and it’s a good part of what we do. We coordinate by phone, WhatsApp or email, in English or Spanish.
